J.D. Hendley & Associates has dedicated sales personnel that offer a wide range of services to ensure our manufacturers the most complete coverage in the southeast. Some of our services include end user calls, product training sessions, joint sales calls, tradeshows, outside & inside sales, video conferencing, warehousing capability, and database services.
Trade Shows
Our agency is involved with several National Organizations which requires us to participate in various trade shows throughout the year. A couple of the shows we attend on a regular basis are the STAFDA and ISA shows. We feel it is important to attend so that we can assist our manufacturers at the show and also interact with our distributors at these events.
Extensive Database
Having been in business for over 60 years, our database of distributors is quite extensive and yet another asset we use to our advantage. With over 2500 active customers throughout our territory we rarely find a distributor we are not familiar with. Having contacts, addresses, and emails we offer a variety of services to reach these customers for our manufacturers.
Personal Visits
Our sales team is dedicated to creating lasting relationships with our distributors through personal interaction. Our distributors range from a one man operation to large national integrated suppliers. We constantly are on the road meeting with our distributors and learning about their business so that we can effectively solve their every need. We pride ourselves on being out in the field and enjoy what we do.
Video Conferencing
Our state of the art conference room gives us the capability to hold video conferences within a moments notice. Having the ability to hold a video conference immediately between manufacturer, distributor, and the end user assures our customers that their issues are being delivered to the appropriate person at any given time.
End User Interaction
Sales are driven at the end user level providing education on the benefits of the products we represent. Constant interaction at the end user level allows us to put our products in front of the ultimate user. The relationships we have with our distributors allows us the ability to be in front of their customers on a regular basis.
