Mark has over 20 years of experience working in the industrial tool business. Prior to joining JD Hendley & Associates in 1997, Mark began his career as a tool maker, designer, and general manager with a French machine tool builder. Mark draws on this experience to provide insight on manufacturing, tool design, and business management to his Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee markets.

Equipped with 17 years of experience building sales and managing accounts, Ben uses his expansive network to connect products to people. Ben lives in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to joining J.D. Hendley & Associates in 2000, he worked for a rep agency selling truck and van equipment.

Aaron graduated from Young Harris College in 2008 with an Associate degree in Business and from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Economics and Management. While in College, Aaron interned with the Army Corps of Engineers. Working closely with top-notch machinist and industry leading engineers, Aaron had the opportunity to learn about industrial and construction tools from the best. After college, Aaron began his career in outside sales at a national corporation, and he later joined a start-up company where he played a pivotal role in their expansion across the state of Georgia. Aaron's unique experience brings an understanding of the intricacies of customer acquisition, marketing and tool use to the JDH team.

Sandy holds two Psychology degrees from Georgia College & State University. She graduated in 1992 with a B.S. degree and went on to achieve a Master’s of Science degree in 1995. Sandy pursued a successful career in civil service with the U.S. Air Force working in supply chain for 13 years. While in civil service she progressed to a 6 year management position within the F-15 Supply Chain Management Integration Branch. Sandy continued her career growth by accepting a position as the Lead Supply Chain Manager for the Inspector General at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. Sandy moved to Greenville, SC, in late 2012. Prior to joining the J.D. Hendley team, Sandy worked at Lockheed Martin Greenville as their Sr. Auditor. Sandy’s vast background of supply chain management, government contracting, and customer relations provides the J.D. Hendley team with multiple advantages over our competition.
